Catman, make sure you go investigate that mysterious noise in the backyard.
You mean a raven? Edgar Allan Poe!
The scariest sound heard at night would have to be your parents having sex, if you still live at home. Otherwise, something scraping against your window...especially if there are no trees nearby...
If your parents are bumping uglies with you right in the next room and it's still early, there are deeper issues going on. You walk in there unannounced and your dad is like, "ummm, I'm not hurting her."
Mdizzle gets a cookie for getting the Edgar Allen Poe reference
Do you ever hear a sound in the middle of the night that scares or creeps you out? I just had one of those moments like a minute ago. I hear something that sounds like someone with a knife hitting the metal fence. So, I look outside the window and it's just the wind rolling a soda can. Still. It freaked me out.![]()

Those cat moans are ridiculous...and they have no shame. My sister when she was little saw two cats going at it, almost like they were fighting, then one left and she was like, "I think that one cat broke the other one", because it was meowing all off-key, like "mrrrrrrrr". Haha.
That's because cat mating is kind of like consensual rape. The fact that the penis is barbed doesn't help.
I heave to worst bedroom, I walk into the bathroom and when I come out you can make out the outline of a person. And during a lightning storm, It feels like every time the lightning comes, I can see a face flash. heh.
It would make sense.![]()
I would always prefer to live in an urban area as opposed to a rural area...at least at night the sounds of car horns, subway cars, and random gunshots, at least I know there are other people within a close radius. If you're in the middle of the boonies and you hear a noise, you don't know what the hell that **** is.
You mean like the sound of a zipper going down?Do you ever hear a sound in the middle of the night that scares or creeps you out? I just had one of those moments like a minute ago.
