Originally supposed to begin in January, the new season is going to start this Thursday (11/30) at 9pm est.

Haven't seen much of 3, and none of 4 or 5.

Still, can't wait. :)

I remembered I watched the 2 episodes before the Olympics. During them, I downloaded most of season 1. Then bough season 1 and 2 DVDs and downloaded Seasons 3 and 4. Watched them all AND caught up with Season 5 by the time the new episodes came back. I can't believe I had that kind of time back then. It paid to have 3 off periods and joke classes.

This is already the 6th season? Thats a lot i thought it was only like the 5th. I'm glad its back. one of my fav shows.

I'm hoping this is the last season.

I recently watched all 5 seasons (pretty much in a row) and it started to dry out and become more of a 'drama' type show around the end of season 3.

Plus, I mean, they're 6th year doctors and ****. When the show started Dr. Cox was only a 9th or 10th year doctor.

Again, heres hoping for the final season.

Happy the show is coming back, but it's a little worrying that they're starting the season basically after November sweeps. It does have a better time slot at least.

I only saw bits and pieces of season 6, but from what I saw the show was getting fairly preachy. It seemed like Dr.Cox had a line about his old man abusing him at least once an episode, plus the entire Dr. Cox quitting and becoming an alcoholic was a bit much. Scrubs had a perfect balance of comedy and drama throughout its first 3 seasons. In season 4, the comedy seemed to get a bit over the top (not just J.D.'s fantasies, but everything) and in season five the drama got a bit too much. Hopefully they can find the balance again.

Yeah. Season 5 got way too dramatic and less funny. I also hated that they pretty much killed Todd's character by having him be revealed as Bi. His sexual ambiguity made him hilarious.

But come on, he goes "I'm getting my gay on".

Hillarious.

I've heard that it's almost certainly going to be the last season. Guess we'll see.

Well I mean, with JD being a father, Cox having another Kid, Turk and Carla being parents (I think?) and Elliot doing something lifechanging at the end of season 5, you'de think that this would be a good time to have them all go their seperate ways and such.

On one hand I'm excited, on the other hand, not so much. I'm not really a fan of pretty much everyone but Elliot getting a kid (and in Cox's, again). Still, I'll be making sure to keep up with Scrubs every week.

I'm pretty sure Braff said it's the last season he'll do. I'm glad it's over too, I've been watching since the beginning and the show's just lost its touch over the last few seasons. It's not about screwy interns, it's about doctors with families. There's no edge!

I thought the Todd was just pretending to be gay so that women would undress in front of him. I only saw that episode once, though, so I could be wrong.

At the end of that episode, he comes off as being bi. As he was walking away, he was checking out a woman and thought "Nothing wrong with that" and then looked at a guy and thought "or that."

I wonder what role Ted and The Janitor will have this season?

This year they HAVE to introduce Harrison Kelso, preferably played by that comedian Ant, he has the potential to be the funniest character on Scrubs.

meh, so-so. Cox throwing spaghetti on Jack was pretty funny, but the rest was just meh. I don't think the kid is really J.D.'s. Why else would they introduce the plot point of him impregnating her like that? And if thats the case it is getting a bit soap opera-y.

Also, Cox's highlights...ugh.

I laughed at the 2nd part when Kelso started dancing to Bye-Bye-Bye. Speaking of which, what is with the NSync reference? That's over 5 years ago.

The way he impregnated her, atleast to me, seemed like it was their attempt to just make it funny (which is really wasn't). I wish it was a miscarriage, but then the should would be even more dramatic.

No one else found it funny when they were all dancing to "Bye Bye Bye"? Especally when kelso was like this aint a disco tech and then 10 sec later it shows him dancing.

What a ****ty episode. I chuckled maybe twice in the whole episode.

:down :down

Edit; Oh, and The Office wasn't that good of an episode either.

Sure, it was funny...but the episode was disappointing. At any rate, best line of the night...

Kelso: You're 44 years old and you wear a jumpsuit to work. Unless you are being sent to space in a rocket, its a safe bet you've made some bad choices. Good talk.

I don't know, I think its suggesting the kid isn't really J.D.'s. Then again, sure it could be an attempt to make it funny, but its a weak one.

Personally, I think they confirmed it to be JD's. She had like 12 EPTs, said there was no one else, and when JD told his story the OBGYN doc's said it was possible. Of course she could be lying which would be really sick.

One thing I am glad is that Carla is finally really pregnant. She has a big belly and was eating snacks a lot. After the episode where they found out she was pregnant, she didn't have a belly until the last 2 episodes.
