Mine so far are:

As fantastic as Prey was, Committed wins out due to the fantastic characterization and build up on the Lois & Clark dynamic. It's just the Supes fanboy in me.

Hrm. this is tough. I've really liked a lot of them.

Lets face it though, there's barely a difference in my liking of the first 5. It should really look like this:

1)Prey, Odyssey, Committed
2) Instinct, Plastique

6) Toxic.

I agree, honestly the first five are really close to even keel for me. This season has been phenomial...even Toxic, the weakest of the bunch was enjoyable to me. I hope the quality stays this way, even though I know eventually they're bound to have a dud.

Uh ok, I fail to see how there was any foreshadowing in this episode. They pretended to be an engaged couple, that took place here and now. Lois says she loves Clark, that also took place in the here and now. It wasn't 'anvils' if its currently happening on the show.

By filler, I mean an episode that is pointless and worst of all, a totally aweful episode. Comitted was no such episode. It had good writing, acting, and contained continuity. That's why it's my #1 The episode was not silly. Vampires, witches, fat sucking girls, that's silly.

Sorry hombre, but if it an episode brings up things that will effect the overlaying story, it's not filler. What was done in that episode can't be undone. Lois' lies will seem pretty flimsy when the next incident happens.
