Why do people want MJ dead? I seriously don't ****ing understand it. MJ is and always will be Peter's girlfriend, wife, and mother of his child. It'd be ******ED if you killed her off. Learn from the lessons and blunders made from "X-Men 3." If a fourth movie is not made for that franchise than we leave the Spider-Man franchise with two love interests dead, his buddy dead, and aunt dead.

I mean seems kind of gloomy and unhappy for an ending.

Unless you were to bring MJ back to life in SPIDER-MAN 4 it'd be ******ED to kill her off.

Gwen, Harry, Aunt May, and Sandman they need to die. Venom, Peter, and MJ deserve to live.

Eddie needs more than just "Pete tookmejob!" as a reason in my eyes to be praying for his death in the chapel, and Gwen isn't doing much in this film outside of the seductress role. I think it would be best to kill the character here and give valid drive for Venom in this film (and in future films, if they keep him alive).

Where to start, where to start. Let's see, I'll start with this statement:

MJ is and always will be Peter's girlfriend, wife, and mother of his child.

1. Its impossible for the same person to be both wife and girlfriend. Hence MJ cannot now or ever be Peter's wife and girlfriend. She once was his girlfriend and is now his wife but she can't be both at the same time.

2. MJ isn't the mother of his child because in the 616, Peter is childless.

And then moving alone, I'll attempt to answer this question:

Why do people want MJ dead?

1. They don't like the character as she has be written thus far in the series.

2. They don't like Dunst's portrayal of MJ.

3. In many ways in these films, MJ is portraying the Gwen role. Therefore just as Gwen died in the comics, MJ should die in the film.

Now right here, you're assuming that they'll kill both MJ and Gwen, which is unlikely. Moreover you're assuming that they'll kill Harry and Aunt May. Remember what happens when you assume....
