Seasons Come, Seasons Go - Discussion Continues

I dunno. I think making it too specific like that might limit the discussion and get a little too confusing, and what happens when you have a cross-over between the seasons or you cant remember which season a particular plot took place in.

Not sure, Cmill. I think general discussion about specific seasons is pretty rare unless it's the most current season. When seasons are discussed, it's usually as a comparison to other seasons, so it becomes more of a general, overall discussion - which I believe this thread was created for, right Avid? Beyond that, I think people talk in terms of individual episodes, which either goes in the corresponding ep threads or character threads, depending on what the focus is.

Good points, ladies. Just throwing the idea out there. I realize it might get crazy slow in here after "Gemini" so if anybody has any ideas on things we can do to keep this place moving, I'm all ears.

If you're looking for suggestions for stickies however, there's one sticky we've needed for years, and that's a FAQ thread. If that sounds like an option to you, lets start it with why Batman will never be on SV, 'cause apparently, we can't even joke about that anymore.

LOL! Aight. Something like that can get out of hand though. Lemme throw something together and see where it goes. It really shouldn't be too complicated - just a general FAQ about the show as we know it. And yeah, the Batman thing is high on my list.

Same here. In fact, I'm going to walk away from this for a few hours and gather my thoughts about it before jumping in. Wrapping gifts sounds like a great diversion in the interim. Thanks for the suggestion.

I've just started a Season 1 Rerun, and I am currently up to the episode Cool. Watching it reminded me of another episode further down the track, Season 2's Vortex.

I could never relate to why Chloe was so upset with Clark for leaving her at the dance to run off and save Lana and I'm especially even more confused with her now, after watching Cool, when the exact thing happened, but in reverse.

Clark was in the middle of a date with Lana, which Chloe knew about, and he left Lana to go save Chloe. I think Chloe was especially hard on Clark in Season 2 which makes her betrayal of him by the end of the Season almost unforgivable.

I know she redeemed herself from Season 3 onwards, and Clark forgave her and even understood her, which only goes to highlight what a wonderful, caring, selfless and loving person he is.

Now that we have an HD tv and DVD player, I want to watch the entire series over in HD. But I have to buy the DVD's first. Man, they're a LOT more expensive! I think I'll just do one at a time.

They're only available on HD from Season 5 onwards, or so I beleive.

Channel 721, well that's what it is for me , HDNet is the name of the channel, air Smallville from Season 1 in HD, if you want to try and catch those.
