It may be due to reading All Star Superman and the Bizarro Justice League showing up where they asked where Bizarro Batman was. His parents shot him to death in an alley. That floors me with laughter and I love Bizarro for that.

Croc still has yet to make up for the sub-par boss battle in Arkham Asylum so he doesn't get my vote.

Cause a Superman who questions whether he should save people or not but still save them is better than a guy who went recluse for 8 years, has a weak knee all of a sudden, a magic knee brace helps him break parts of walls with a single kick, and entrusts a complete stranger with his money to see the complete stranger back stab him.


That said, I love both movies.

Man of Steel. It was better than I expected. TDKR was a huge letdown. Man of Steel, easily.

Man I really can't decide. Every time I type out an explanation of why I prefer one over the other, I think of some flaw or some thing that the other one did right, and I have to start over.
I think TDKR is the better movie, but I prefer MoS. Neither of them are as great as I thought they would be.

Man of Steel has less stupid stuff like the entire police force going into the tunnels below Gotham. :/

I just find it better than the lackluster DKR. DKR bores me and it's just not anywhere near as good as the previous two movies.

MOS while being an origin movie and I've grown to despise origin movies, wasn't bad. The destruction porn at the end of the movie was excessive but overall I liked it.

I dug rises too but I am seriously more of a supes guy and it was about time for us to get a good superman movie! And with him kickin the @&$) outta foes as strong as him! It had its weak point but by far the best thing ever was dude walloping the beetle juice outta ZOD with that whole YOU ...DARE.... THREATEN......MY ...MOTHER!! That @&$) was cool!

Haven't played Arkham Knight yet.
