Even though I will obviously watch the movie, could you say some stuff about the final battle?

Well, since the release is getting a bit closer........

1. Splinter aids the turtles in the final fight.
2. The turtles fight the 4 stone generals and beat their butts.
3. Karai makes a temporary truce with the Turtles and helps Casey and April find the last monster.
4. Max Winters intentions turn out not to be evil.
5. (One of the best moments of the fight)Leo gets knocked into a rack of swords and picks them all up to fight the bad guys.

Must...avoid...spoilers. I seriously wouldn't in most cases, but seeing how this is the first Turtles movie in YEARS I want to go in not knowing a thing.

Funny story, the wife and I got our taxes done today and I was saying something to my wife about the Turtles. The tax lady (who was in her late 40's, at least) said " Did you SEE that new TMNT movie coming out!? My husband and I will be there on opening day. I love me the Ninja Turtles."

Does April fight at all?

Out of curiosity Matrix, what are the monsters? Are they magical or alien or do they really just leave it ambiguous?

1. April fights.

2. The orgin of the monsters are magical. They came from a mystical portal. However, how they got into New York City was never explained.

We see the monsters in the prolouge, but not again until later. Max Winters says that the stars aliign, unleashing monsters. The film's climax is on the night where the stars are supposed to align. Winters says to Karai that he wants here to gather up some guests she says "How will I know who I'm looking for?" and he goes "Don't worry, you'll know." and that's when the first monster appears. It was never explained how they came to show up in the city.

deserves a chance to fight with the Turtles...but number 5 really excites me a lot...just reading that made me think of the outcome of it, lol. Thanks for letting me know these things though. I already made some plans with my bro and some of my friends to go and watch it on the 23rd.
