Here's my Ocean Master redesign:

I was never a fan of his mask. And since he's a sorcerer, I figured it's not too much of a stretch if he used magic to mutate himself into something more threatening.

Here's mine. Not completely new, did it for the Ultimate DC RPG. Its my version of Professor Zoom (just Zoom in the RPG).

Yeah. When I sketched him out I originally had him with shark fins on his arm and a squid beard, but then I figured I was over-doing it, so I just stuck with a merman tail and crab legs (to walk on land). In my opinion, I think it's an improvement. I drew it in paint and colored it with PhotoImpact.

You might as well say which villians are basically off-limits Excel, cuz some people really aren't getting the point.

There's so many more villians than Dr. Doom, the Joke and Green Goblin. There is practically a cornucopia overfilling of lame one-off villians just ripe for bad-assing up.

As a kid I always loved thumbing through the Marvel Universe Handbooks. I actually enjoyed them mroe than "normal" comics. I don't know why, but I found it so interesting to "discover" characters that no one seemed to know about (often, they were unknown for a good reason).

I re-did Orca here, not because he isn't well known, but more because he always seemed a bit lame in my books. I thought he could look a lot tougher if I got a hold of him.

Not alot of time this month so only a quick entry and one I'm sure many will complain about. I will give my reasons below.

I always thought the prowler had a goofy costume for a uh, prowler.

So I streamlined it removed the cape and replaced it with jets that blow smoke to cover his escape. The jets would also suck air in when he moved so as to minimize air displacement as well as absorb sound.

I call it the smooth suit.

Since I was the one that came up with this contest theme, I thought it only fair (even though I can't win) to enter and since I was the one to give the 8ball example I did him.

He is almost the same as far as his abilities and still has a gang that works for him but is now more like a Joker type villain. He lost his eye from a broken beer bottle in a fight while playing his favorite game, which was pool. He went a little crazy and put that 8 ball eyeball in instead of the artificial one. And now he is bent on being number one in the villain world with his cruelty...The only problem I have is who is his enemy. I mean the Joker has Batman which is cool but who in the Marvel universe is equal to the Bat that can give us the same feel as when the Joker and Batman are at each others throat?
