Sharknado - the film about a tornado made of sharks!

Watching this and reading Twitter at the same time was one of the greatest things to happen to TV watching, ever.

I'm sad I didn't think to come here during the movie. I described it to my girlfriend as being like what I imagine doing cocaine to be like. It was crazy, fast-paced, and bizarre. But a dude halved a flying shark with a chainsaw like it wasn't even a thing, so there's that.

Dammit I missed Sharknado! It sounded stupidly awesome.

It was an awesome movie. At one point a living room is flooded, and a recently killed shark has colored all the water red. "Looks like that time of the month" says one of the characters.


I want a sequel called Sharkano. A volcano erupting sharks.

So I was only able to catch about 2 minutes of the Today Show today, but during a segment on the recently uncovered mammoth (I'm guessing) Savannah Guthrie wondered aloud what it would be like to have a Mammothnado.

So about the ending...

When he threw himself into the shark, slow-mo style, with the chainsaw first and then came out victoriously I was kind of hyped. Then he reached in and pulled out the chick who had been previously eaten and I swear if I had been in a theater I would've been applauding.

Parts the middle got a little boring, but omg, this has to be one of the dumbest/best things Asylum has made so far.
