50/50, chance with about 100% more clothing. The Russos will be geniuses if they can get Staron to that point in one movie that is as busy as this one. But who knows?

But ,if we must have Staron, then the real or imagined transfers of affection (ie., the ick factor) must be addressed.

True. Hope they include this little tidbit where Cap likes to touch Sharon's hair.

Doesn't matter if Loki tricked Thor. It has already been done.

Steve losing Bucky would only put him back in the place he was at the beginning of TWS. Then, Steve had lost Bucky in WWII, and Peggy was almost as good as dead. For Steve to lose Bucky - again - it wouldn't be a character progression, but a revert.

What's so wrong with that? take 1 step forward take 2 steps back :cwink: I like the idea of Steve losing Bucky while also blaming himself for what Zemo did to Sharon, Steve believes its all his fault the world is better off without him so he puts himself into a solitude sort of like his own prison just like a certain Jedi does. :sly: We don't see Steve until Thanos comes to destroy Earth in IW1/IW2, remember he don't like bullies it gives him the push to come back as Captain America, that way his return is more meaningful him coming back to face the biggest bully in the galaxy I think is to good to pass up. Just picture a scene where Thanos is taking down The Heroes left from right all hope is lost, then just when Thanos is about to kill someone out of nowhere we see Cap's shield protecting them next we see Steve he's back! he's there to help the team against Thanos.

I don't really think Marvel would sign Sabastian Stan to a multi-picture deal if they wanted to kill him off so quickly.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson also signed a multi-picture deal, and we all know how that turned out!

But, that being said, I really really doubt Bucky will die in CW.

Well, now that Whedon is no longer involved with MCU, who knows what will happen to QS in the future?

Don't forget about Strucker he too had a nine picture deal :csad: also remember how everyone was saying Sharon would be the female lead that Marvel wouldn't bring back Natasha in Cap3, while also saying there is no way they will do Civil War with RDJ no way look how that turned out. :sly: The Marvel/Sony deal won't happen Spider-Man won't appear in CW Sony will just reboot without Marvel I'm so glad some of us was wrong, :woot: long story short Marvel has been proving fans that they aren't scare to kill do whatever they want in The MCU. :cwink:

When they get the stones to kill Tony Stark get back to me :cwink:

They are cautious with what they do/don't do and are very aware of fan response (see: adding Loki scenes in Thor 2 when they realized Hiddleston's cash cow value, bringing back Coulson, retconning their Mandarin mishap, giving Peggy more screentime, etc).

Having a ton of pictures in your deal with Marvel is actually not the best thing...that's just insurance on their part. And of course it's still awesome but I mean compared to someone who has fewer films, that person can renegotiate. Many pictures means they have you on a hook and don't have to use you anyway.

Having said that, I think Bucky will stick around. But everyone is all "ooh he got a 9 picture deal!" As if it's better than a 6-pic deal. It's not. ;)

I agree I don't know how many times I hear that Evans got 6 pic deal while Stan got 9 pic deal Steve will die while Bucky will become Cap, :whatever: Stan being stuck in that 9 pic deal hurts him he can't do no other acting until those 9 pic deal is up, and Evans said he may sign up for more films. Also about Pietro coming back well when someone brought it up I was like this may explains things what if Marvel/Fox made a deal where Marvel uses Wanda in Avengers while Fox uses Pietro in X-Men, what's so shocking is Marvel/Fox was in court rooms battling over rights over QS/SW until they came to a agreed where they made a deal maybe even shook hands on it.:cwink: What if that was the deal Marvel only uses SW while Fox only uses QS that way they can both use them in there movies, its a fair deal between them.

For about a third of this thread its been discussions about Hulk and Bucky and Natasha. I know there hasn't been anything aside from rumors about her and Hawkeye and the funeral scene, but still.

In the interest of trying to bring it back to Sharon, I don't think it that hard to tackle without squick.

They meet at the funeral, decide to grab a coffee. Through the conversation we learn that Steve did ask her out way back when, but quickly learned that she's related to Peggy, and they mutually turned each other down, deciding to remain friendly acquaintances.

Then she becomes embroiled in the Civil War, hopefully through her job at the CIA. Perhaps she'd been hunting for Rumlow and realizes there's more going on than anyone can see. From there it develops like any other relationship builds, with disagreements, humor, etc.

By the end, they might not become soulmates, but hopefully deciding they want to give it a shot.

IW could pick it up, two years later.

If this were true, we would never have seen Quicksilver in the MCU.

I think that would be a great way to handle the beginning of Steve and Sharon's romance. Leaving a lot of the development offscreen - in between CW's end and IW - would ensure that it doesn't look like they're rushing into things right after Peggy's death.

Well like I said there was reports where Marvel/Fox was in court rooms battling over rights for QS/SW, I think Marvel used QS to help build character development for SW his death gave her the push she needed Marvel continues on with SW while Fox continues on with QS, its really not that hard to think about. Also I hope this movie doesn't end happy for Steve the last thing we need is a Steve/Sharon HEA ending :oldrazz: already got that with Arrow :oldrazz: give me a heartbreaking ending, where everything is left in darkness, give me exile Steve! I want Zemo to win this one

Steve has enough heartaches in his life, from being iced for 70 years, losing Peggy, and nearly killed by his best friend Bucky...etc. I want Steve to actually have a happy ending for once, especially since his fate is up in the air after IW. I want him to have a meaningful relationship with someone like Sharon, if he is to die during the battle against Thanos and his Infinity Gauntlets.

A little more pain wouldn't hurt I really hope Zemo gives Steve a beat down mental/physical pain I just love it when a villain does that to the hero like Green Goblin, :cwink: also really I don't think Marvel will kill any of the main Avengers in IW now the rest is fair game, :sly: I just see them defeating Thanos and each member taking a Gem destroying them one by one while Tony destroys the gauntlet next Tony/Pepper wedding! :woot: EDIT if Steve's story is done in IW then at least I can finally walk away from all of this I could care less what's happens to The Avengers after IW if Steve isn't there then I'm out, call me crazy, call me petty, call me wired, that's just how I I'm.

I'd also like to see Steve get at least one semi-happy ending. If he ends up achieving that through Sharon, as doubtful as I am about their relationship, so be it! It would be a major bummer if Steve's life is one tragedy after another until they off him. It would be too much.

I mean, he could just go into exile WITH Sharon. Then everybody's happy, right?

I would like to see a fight scene between Sharon and Black Widow. Good Carter/Dottie reference. :oldrazz:

Yeah Cap deserves some happiness for once, preferably with Sharon. Poor Cap has been through too many tragedies.

Just wanted to say I'm sorry about going off topic yesterday sorry again, :yay: to be honest I think I'm getting burned out on comic book movies at least Star Wars is coming back. :woot:

I'm a huge Star Wars fan too, but I can like both superheroes and Star Wars without getting burnt out.

I don't know what it is there's just a part of me that feels burnt out on superheroes movies, I mean loved TFA, TWS, in the MCU maybe its just because I'm just a Cap fan I don't really care about The Avengers or there movies unless its got Cap in them, :cwink: maybe Spider Man 2017 will change my tune after all his movie in 02 was one of the first superheroes movies that got me into superheroes movies I was 8 when I first saw that movie. :woot:
