I'd like to see Bruce Wayne on camera at the end, but what I really want to see is a reference to his parents being shot in front of him as a kid. This way, we don't need to see that again in the first Bats movie.

i'm thinking that in this universe batman should have 4 or 5 years experience prior to the events of MOS.

I'm all for Bruce Wayne making a cameo in an Easter Egg scene nothing more.

Batman is not a character that needs superman to market him. So no it would be extremely unnecessary. A worlds finest film would be different

No, Man of Steel is fine as it is, easter eggs should be kept as similas as they are to Man of Steel. Superman does not need Batman to make a successful film.

Are we assuming they would have even cast the next batman already by the sequel? and even if they did would they really have his debut be in a cameo role?

The most intelligent thing that anyone has ever written here  the hell with batman :woo :brucebat:

it goes without saying. it's not exceptionally intelligent. in fact according to that logic there never should have been an Avengers movie. after all Iron Man doesn't need their help to make a good movie. the question is do we WANT it. I personally think this is the perfect time to begin the greatest 2 man team up in comic book history. something diffwrwnt that hasn't been done with either character onscreen. it's not NEEDED, but it would be awesome and it would help make things work forJL nicely.

I think some dwgree of plannimg has taken place, otherwise it wouldn't have been confirmed by Snyder that the batman in this universe would drastically different from what has been done onscreen before. this has me hoping it will finally be faithful to the comic book and more simmilar to the arkham games and animated films.
would they waste his debut on a cameo? I highly doubt it!

I'd love an after credits scene, of Batman sitting in the cave, studying footage of Superman. Fade to black.

that would have been perfect for MOS 1.ahow him talking to alfrwd about possible leads as to the identity of this superman

It depends how its handled, and what is meant by 'appear'. Given that many of the scenes in the sequel are likely to take place in the offices of a newspaper, it seems likely that Batman might be referenced if he is already active and known to the wider world.

I think it would be cool to see Bruce show up in Metropolis. Do something like donate money to help rebuild the city.

I like the idea of a Nick Fury like insertion ala the first Iron Man. Bruce Wayne shows up at the end and meets Clark Kent. Then set Justice League a few years after, and when we see Batman and Superman on film again, they already know each other's identities and have fought together etc.

What I wouldn't mind seeing is an in-sync fighting style the both of them could have together. This could be an interesting challenge for choreographers to pull, plus it helps show the audience and warm them up to the idea that both of these people while different CAN work on the same team together and act as one.

Not Batman, but Bruce Wayne should definitely appear.

It would be nice if he and Lex were sat around the table with a small army of lawyers and accountants, negotiating some kind of joint venture of buyout.

A Bat-wing cameo would be fine after the credits.

It gives WB more time to cast Bruce Wayne.

I hope they make a cameo for Bruce Wayne but Pls WB/DC don't take out the seriousness or change his personality to Ironman Seriously .

Why would the WB give Batman Iron mans personality? Bruce Wayne in his public face I could see but I think they know not to make this guy remotely a joker.

I like both these ideas. I'd love also to eventually get the wonderful back and forth repartee you on the big between Bruce and Clark like you got in the Timmverse Justice League cartoons.

If JL is on the heels of MoS2 then a Bruce Wayne/Batman cameo would be fine because they could cast him with JL in mind.
