The Avengers Should the Leader be A Villain in This Movie?

In "The Incredible Hulk", the Leader is set up as a villain for the sequel. I have a feeling we won't be getting a sequel to TIH for a while (sadly), so should The Leader be one of the villains in this movie instead?

I doesn't make sense for The Leader or Loki to be the villian as it has to be Thanos or the Skrulls.

If you look at the timeline in Iron Man Nick Fury invites Stark to join the Avengers Initiative, so that means there's a major threat affecting the Marvel Cinematic Universe to make Fury form The Avengers. The Leader would be just created around the time of Iron Man 2 and Thor's landing.

I really think if the Leader is involved he should be part of The Liberators.

I don't think that The Leader needs to be a villian in The Avengers.Save him for a future Hulk movie.
