Why do a mini-series? Pak could just put it right into Hercules book. Sure, there'd really be no role for Cho, but I'm sure he could think of something.

Actually, they could still use Cho. Herc and [blackout]Ares[/blackout] fighting there way out of [blackout]Hades[/blackout] while Cho works on the otherside, either trying to be the new Champion or whatever they said Herc was, or trying to free them. I mean, you got about 32 pages. (20 something minus Adds) You can fit quite a bit in there.

Could be Ares by the hand of Sentry.

Ya know, Ares gets all pissed off that Osborne lied to him, goes to attack Osborne, and Osborne sicks Sentry (who's pretty much fully the Void at this point anyway) on Ares who rips him apart.

Ah, speculation. The only fun part about comics. Amirite?

It was EXCELLENT! Rarely does a comic leave me drooling for more but, WOW that last page with the reflection of Steve's shield heading straight for Osborn's face did it. I can not wait for #3 next month! Loads of good stuff here:

1. Maria Hill:heart: going headfirst into a war zone to save Thor's butt.

2. Steve's speech to his troops. Loved how he compared the current situation to WWII, the reason he first became Cap.

3. Bucky giving his shield to Steve then loading a big ass machine gun after Steve asks him what he's going to use.

4. Sentry ripping Ares in half.

5. Thor's last stand at the end.

6. The above mentioned last few panels with Osborn.

No doubt that the case Jarvis gave Steve is a spare Iron Man suit for Tony. That will probably be the cliffhanger for SIEGE #3. Bendis does get on my nerves sometimes but I've gotta give credit where credit is due....SIEGE is at the halfway mark and he's hitting it out of the park (98 Mark McGuire style)

Back to the topic on hand: That's a tough break for Ares. But I remember seeing somewhere awhile back that Sentry would be on the side of the angels before it's over. But I think the way he's been portrayed in Dark Avengers, leading up to Siege, I think Sentry is going to be the villian of Siege. I also find it kind of ironic that he can rip Ares in half but gets beat to a standstill by the Hulk. Green Scar Hulk but still..............
