Carefully crafted plan of the void to cause apocalyptic level chaos round the world much like he did in biblical times (if - and I can't stress enough that comics in the UK come out today so I haven't read this weeks Dark Avengers yet to get the rest of the story - we are to believe the events of last months DA)? A more modern and subtle yet no less devastating approach?

Regarding Daken brutally stabbing Osborn in the last ish of Dark Wolverine:

As expected, in the ish coming out on Wednesday that act is erased from reality (or never really took place?). How very expected and disappointing. Would've liked that twist actually.
What's even more disappointing is that the way that they make that not happen makes no sense at all. I'll leave it at that for now.

The Deadpool varients of everything siege is just stupid.

Joe Kelly made Deadpool a good character. Rob Liefeld just put black and red together in a weird pattern on a vaguely humanoid figure.

But the fact that he was in the Wolverine movie means he's got widespread recognition now. Somehow. Even though he didn't wear his costume and bore little resemblance to his comic counterpart.

I wouldn't say completely serious. I'm pretty sure he was cracking wise in that first X-Force (or was that New Mutants) appearance. He was nowhere near the slapstick character he is now, of course.
