Simon Gets The Pressure!!!!

Some fans over at the X Verse are really giving it to simon in a thread that he does read and does respons too... i have never enjoyed reading something so much! but at the same time you got to know it all hurts when it is your "ART"... but maybe your "ART" shouldnt suck. But jump over there and read the undertones of the disgust and lack of respect in the questions being anwsered... and honestly IMO, i think they are all valid opinions that i would love to hear answers for!

They are valid but the tones are unessecary.

Does anybody notice the trend of why people thought the movie was bad? 5 bucks to the person with the correct answer

how dare you rave about that script? it was a joke. good job not developing any of the characters. there is a problem when a movie kills its characters to add drama.

This person clearly knows nothing about movies. When a character dies it's SUPPOSED to add dramatic and emotional weight. Also, I didn't find the script that bad really. Nothing really jumped out at me and made me think thats horrible

So you're just gonna ignore the fact that you just responded to someone that thought the WRITING was lame, and a good reason why they didn't enjoy the movie.

But then you have to question the Studio's involvement. Simon and Zak wanted an Angel scene. Studio wants Wolverine. There is so much people don't take into consideration.

Aiden , i'm not saying that everything is Simon and Zak faut (i know that they had boundaries) i'm the first to say that Fox is THE responsible if you read me..but sadly , they have always said that they had a ton of liberty ( i don't believe it) some people ( and that is understandable) just read that Simon declared that he had a ton on liberty ( namely the running time: he knew that the movie based on his writing would not be two hours)

One thing for sure , seeing his others works Simon is surely responsible for some of that awful dialogue ( because cheesy or stating the obvious )

Just typed out a very lengthy list and this friggin computer didn't post it ....
So for starters (and a condensed version) let's go with the plotpoint loop holes...

-Jean vaporizing everyone simply for the special effects!
-Wolverine's healing factor working at a GODLY rate!
-No cohesion between characters with intimate moments together (example: Bobby & Rogue, Bobby should have had at least one scene where he actually tells her NOT to take the cure... not some crappy thing about this NOT being what he wanted.)


And just like the movie, I'm just skimming the surfact of my list, I will return with it in a little while.... so don't go away!

And? Did anyone else actually care about those things except the Rogue and Bobby thing. He couldn't talk to her because she was being hard with him

personnally i thought the "we are Xmen" line was cliched and ridiculous.

as was the "all the boys want the same thing" ( something from Dawson)

the line of the Juggernaut were all over the top and cheesy.

I know these character are fictional but the thing the writers said gave the fans hope......They archive is their and full of their answers...Fans have a right to just be frustrated that their led on like this but they just have to be respectful...Simzon and Zak are not going to answer each question individualy it just going to be on huge paragraph full of their opinion and then its Good bye..We did our best

Yup you're right Aiden the cure was temporary , and Xavier is truely not dead.......And yup i'm awaiting Scott resurction ( and the Phoenix one )

i don't wan't an X4 .this movie (even if i enjoyed it) has done too much damage in my opinion..
