Comics Since When Can Wolverine... (Spoilers for last issue)

ROTFLMAO!!! it was only a matter of time.

Marvel's having an ego trip with Wolverine.

What's even dumber is that his hair grew back TO THE EXACT SAME LENGTH IT WAS BEFORE!!!!

All hero's go through this. It's stupid, but it happened. Only thing I ask is they either explain why or make it a permanent change, I hate when one issue he's struggling from being gutted over an issue, and the next he's regen'ing from a single atom. It has to be one or the other.

Like I said tho, all hero's go through that invincible stage, Hulk got burnt to something similar to wolverine above and took about 3 panels to heal fully back-

In that fight he was charging, and burnt very thin, nearly nothing but bones, then is still able to punch the guy into a wall, says "Ouch" "Give me a sec", and heals to full on the same page hair and all, apparently his purple pants heal too :).

Spiderman (didn't read the issue just what I heard, so I could be wrong) but didn't he get KILLED after his eye was ripped out, then ressurect or whatever and not only that but have 'stingers' and ALL of his powers increased....

I personally like vulnerable Wolverine as he feels more 'human', but hero's change as they get more popular. Sucks sometimes but that's how writers are. Like I said tho, this wouldn't have bothered me half as much if they were consistant. If a but of a gun can knock him around, but a hulk blow can't, he can take an issue to heal from a small wound, but a page to heal from nothing. If he's going to heal second to the Maestro and Lobo, then make it permanent, if not then not.

Next thing you know Wolverine is recaptured by Weapon XYZ and his Addy skeleton is replaced with Vibranium.

WTF? They ruined another character! To those who said Storm is more overrated than Wolvering, eat crow! At least Storm is not shown to come back from the dead, this is one f'ked up character (Wolverine). Not to mention the artwork. Eww.

His healing factor is like that because Wolvie's way too overrated to be killed off at this point so now he can survive just about any injury.

MY eyes. My beautiful eyes!

:(

This is terrible. It's ridiculous.

I was confused by this too. I though him being alive after being torn in half in Ultimate Wolverine Vs. Hulk was a stretch, but this is way too much.

Also, if Wolvie completely loses a limb then regrows it, that part of his body won't have the Adamantium anymore, would it? I'm saying this because I recall in an issue of Ultimate X-Men a sentinel blew off his foot completely and I was wondering if that would be his weak spot if it grew back cause the bones would have no coating.

He only had the flesh removed from his foot, his skeleton was intact.

:unishr:

WTF???

I'm a huge Wolvie fan but man, that's just plain ******ed. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong but, didn't Wolverine DIE fromt that kind of thing happening in Days of Future Past?

It's great when you see pages like those, and then read this on marveldirectory.com.
Known Superhuman Powers:

Lastly, Wolverine possesses an accelerated healing factor based on his physiology. While most normal humans heal injuries over a long period of time, Wolverine's healing factor speeds up that natural process. Wolverine's natural healing has been advanced to the point where he can heal extensive injuries (such as broken limbs) in a matter of hours to days. This factor gives him a higher resistance to poisons and toxins, and he can recover from almost any injury. The more extensive the injury, the longer the healing time will be.

Wolverine is not immortal, however. If the injuries are extensive enough, especially if they result in the loss of vital organs, large amounts of blood, and/or loss of physical form (such as having flesh burned away by fire or acid), Logan can die.

Wolverine, again due to his healing factor, has an enhanced resistance to disease, as well as an extended life span. Despite Wolverine's chronological age, he is still as healthy and physically fit as a man in his prime.
Liars.

It is indeed very crazy that Logan has all this, and the inconsistency and the obvious lie on the marvel website is getting to me. Although maybe something "secret" happened to wolverine to multiply his powers or something. It would probably be the only way marvel would explain the Nuke thing in his CW tie-in.

I always thought that the worse the injury the harder his healing factor worked...and didnt it get a boost after he was Death for Apocalypse?

I don't know anything about the whole Death deal with Apocalypse. And even if he did get a boost that'd put him on Deadpool and Hulk levels, what he did would've still been impossible.

Because if there's nothing left to regenerate back from, then guess what, you can't regenerate.

I know it's not canon but in Earth X (I think or Universe X) wasnt that robot able to regenerate wolverine from just his brain which was protected by his adamantium skull...I'm just saying that it's not too much of a stretch...then again a lot of characters have to go thru their "over powered" phase...such as when Batman took down the entire justice league (yeah right)

What if a small piece of flesh was still there under his ribcage badly burnt but still there. Could he have grown everything back from just that???

I admit Joker that was far fethched, it was bad enought that they made wolverine Jean's true love, instead of scott.
