Wel the story sucked the action was short and poor and the only thing it has in common with the comic books was they managed to give everyone the right powers and codenames[oh wait...they didnt]

and X-men fans say X3 is BAD even thought it was comic book style.

X3 was like the comic...panels were taking from the comics and put in the movie and they tried to piece together to make it look good...but it just didn't work and its funny they got the picture right but the comic material backwards......I don't want a comic book movie I want the essence of the comics their with realism..singer did that well

Thats how id write the comparison. Some folks feel just because the action was the highest peak of the franchise its credited to comics. I dont think so.

Ratner lucked out by getting 3, because i dont think he wouldve made x1 and 2 with vital storytime that it needed.
