Horror Sinners - Michael B. Jordan/Ryan Coogler Reunite

Well that's reversing the black trauma genre.

A bunch of black bloodsuckers chowing down on the KKK during Jim Crow when they would lynch black people and having picnics while doing so?

I wonder how the twin Michael B Jordan aspect plays into that. One a vampire, one not?

So glad Coogler is doing his own original project. After the excellence of Fruitvale, Creed and Black Panther, you could tell how compromised he was with Wakanda Forever. Hopefully this brings him back creatively.
Disagree.

Sure there were MCU inclusions like Valentina and Ironheart. However, I'd say Wakanda Forever was more of a Ryan Coogler movie than Black Panther. The difference being he tragically lost his lead actor and had to pivot quickly.

Boseman lives and I think they could have delivered his best film or up there with Creed imo.

This is interesting as he’s part of the cast of Blade, or maybe he isn’t anymore with the changes to the script. Either way, great actor!
It'll be funny if Mia Goth jumps over too.

Love everything about this. Really can’t wait.

Nice to finally see some sort of follow-up after her role in The Batman.

So happy to see Coogler out of the MCU machine. I'm eager to see the scale he's going for with this premise.

This is quickly becoming one of my most anticipated films.

Given her multi ethnic background, I'm wondering how much Coogler is going to factor that into the plot and themes of the movie.

Can definitely see her playing a white-passing character. But either way, her addition to the cast makes me smile also.
