If you go by Skids' card bio.

Because he is slightly less hyperactive than his brother MUDFLAP, AUTOBOT SKIDS has always thought of himself as “the smart one.” He likes to point this out at every opportunity. While MUDFLAP zips around like a maniac, AUTOBOT SKIDS prefers to impress his superiors among the AUTOBOT high command by behaving in a way he thinks of as mature, which usually involves talking nonstop about anything that occurs to him.

Sounds like Blurr to me. :csad:

talking nonstop isn't the same as talking at a rapid speed.

LOL and knowing Bay he will have about 2 lines to say in the film...one of which will be Mudflap's.

From the way that is written, it sounds more like Wreck-Gar than Blur. Blur spoke fast, Wreck-Gar spoke more about things that occurred around him.

Hmm.....Wreck-Gar talked TV...in which case I would argue he spoke non-sensical as opposed to he spoke about the things around him.

I agree that alot of his dialogue made no sense at all, but from what I can remember he either repeated what was said to him or spoke of items that he saw on the street. Then again, we are talking about the TF:A Wreck-Gar, not the Movie based Wreck-Gar?

The TF:A writers gave props to Weird Al when Wreck-Gar said " I dare to be stupid". haha

LOL, well I am referring to 1986 Wreck Gar since that is the only interpretation I have any knowledge of.

They already used Wreck-Gar's gimmick for Bumblebee in the first movie.

Wreck-Gar was awesome though.

There is a difference. Blurr never stops talking, but he talks wicked fast. Skids probably just likes to talk a lot.

He sounds like me. I didn't know Autobots could have ADHD :)

Best part about that episode.

Ratchet: You wouldn't DARE do anything THAT stupid!

Wreck-Gar: I am Wreck-Gar! I DARE TO BE STUPID!

Yeah, I felt like an idiot when I found out Weird Al voiced Wreck-Gar in T:A.

I think they're pass the point of no return when it comes to names, so Skids it is. Though I wouldn't have wanted him to be called Blurr anyway.

On that note, I think they could've called the Volt Blurr. Maybe its just me, but I can seen a bit of a Blurr influence in Jolt's design.
