Considering the end of Loki the series, it really should factor into Doomsday. Though I'm not really keen about another Loki movie appearance and having such a large role. He has overstayed in the MCU.

The ones we saw in 838 are mostly dead.

We are getting a new variant of the Professor. One from 616 already met Beast's Kelsey Grammar.

Its not just Elizabeth, Benedict, Jon, the actress from Loki and Teyona that are going to meet FoX-Men.

It’s a lot of characters/groups/teams(and there’s so many more yet to be confirmed…) and with a ton of them coming in from different angles and with little introduction. The Russos will have their work cut out for them with an almost impossible task to try and piece together a cohesive vision for this film. I won’t be expecting brilliance that’s for sure so I would be more than pleased if they managed to somehow just stick the landing.

Invariably many of the characters will get the short hand of the stick, at least in one film in comparison to the other. It’s going to be a tough balance for sure.
