No, I'm not talking about the Mcdanolds commircal.... at least i think thats what its from .... but anyways Do all those spells, charms and Alakazam stuff really work? is anyone here and magic person?????

one day i went to Barnes & Nobles and went into the New Age section and there were a ton of magical spell books, and these are no kids books, these books are made for adult readers.... this one book was actually like a cook book for making spells i was like in harry potter world, only the books were in much better condition... and what was most ironic was that it was right across from the Christanity section, i can only wonder what fight whould have brewed up between shoppers in that hall way :D

so is all this magical stuff true, is it real, is it Palusable!?!

Only when demons are involved.

While there may be a person here and there, maybe, it really isn't true. There are things people can do to make it look real, get you to believe, but it doesn't work. Even though you don't know me, believe me!

Nah, don't believe that.

Religiously, certain things can happen, but it's not what it might seem to be.

Well, even Christians that are knowledgeable on the Bible and believe in what it says would believe in a form of magic. Not the 'pull a rabbit out of a hat' or 'saw a girl in half' kind, but the occult. The Bible says that practicing the Occult is wrong because there are only two forces in the Universe that can willfully affect the rules of the Universe, and the occult is one of them (the other being God). God, being a 'jealous' one, doesn't want you practicing the occult. So according to the Bible, yes, magic exists.

I once almost became a Satanist (until I realized I was going insane), and the High Priests of the Church Of Satan all believe in magic and using it to your advantage.

This only further's the proof that magic/witchcraft is a demonic tool used to steer humans away from life, sanity, and God.

Well, magic could/does exist due to being empowered by God or the devil. It may not always be referred to as magic, but miracles or just power. (yes, this is due to my religious belief). I do not believe anybody who can do certain things like fortune telling are doing it on their own power, even if it seems that way.

but isnt good magic, the power of god which only he has? and if your good enough in heaven he might teach you some hover tricks?

You're obviously not paying attention to what I've said.
In history, there have always been the good guy and the bad guy.
I every single story ever written there is an person who works for the side of light and the other for darkness.
Why can't the side of light use Magik to defeat the side of darkness.

Yes, it does exist, but as I also said above, the power comes from God or the Devil. Nothing more than that.

I do belive in 'fake' magic as entertainment (magicians), but not somebody who truly does have the abilities.

Demons, ghosts, etc... are nothing more than fallen angels, it seems, pretending to be something else. Sometimes they can actually possess, but everything is actually under Gods control. Jesus said, he holds the keys to 'death and Hades.'

Sorry. Athiest. Interesting though.

If I can believe in God, id be a hypocrite not to believe in magic.

Yeah, really, I can't classify the power of God as being magic, it just may seem to be that because of what it looks like or to our understanding, but I'm sure his power is way beyond understanding (and magic).

It was a song by the Lovin' Spoonful, thank you very much .

But yeah, there are definitely "supernatural" stuff that we don't know about, but I doubt the standard Merlin/Harry Potter/Alakazam/Eye of Newt kind of magic actually works.
