So, has X-Men earned the right to join "The cool trilogy club"?

Yeah, automatically makes me hate Brett Ratner right there. I actually walked out during the movie the first time I went to see it I was in such disgust.

I kinda agree. I have the ability, however to look at them as movies and not connected to the comic, and in that light, they are very good.

I would say no.

X1 was a boring exercise that has nothing to make me want to watch that movie ever again.

X2 and X3 are flawed but at least both movies entertained me.

No, but I was bored beyond belief that day, and didn't find anything of interest in the first 20 minutes of that movie.

And I love how the atmosphere they breathe is highly vulnerable to even the slightest particle of radiation, to the point of exploding. Apparently, their homeworld has never been exposed to the rays of it's sun or has had a meteorite impact.
