You'll have to forgive me, I've been out of touch with the comics for a while, so I'm not all sure what's going on, who's where and why.

I'm not a big fan of their relationship but i'd have to say no since Ihaven't heard anything about it niether.

Yeah he is. They're regularly shown in bed together and stuff.

Ewwww. Don't remind me. But yeah, wasn't that in Phoenix Endsong?

And in every other comic they are in.

They are still going..and well something big is about to happen between the two

We just dont know what yet.

But since Phoenix Warsong comes out and they're still together in bed, doesn't that ruin the ending of the current Astonishing arc, showing that indeed Emma isn't evil or a traitor? I didnt think Marvel had the guts to do it and it looks like they don't. They like shoving Emma down out throats too much.:)

yeh....i seen that.

Maybe warsong is before all this axm stuff...and warsong had already been greenlighted before whendon got to end his story..or something like that

Yeah, I said the same thing in the Warsong thread. It kinda pisses me off too.

Maybe that's why the X_Men aren't as successful as they used to be. The market is so over saturated with x-titles and some characters making appearances everywhere that it ruins in sense of suspense or anticipation since fans will see them in other places without any sense of continiuity.

That indeed seems to be the case. :(

lol

Speaking of Scott, is he not considered married to Jean anymore since her death absolved their marriage right?

he's a widower.

But i asume if she comes back...they would still be legally married.

yup he still bangin her....thier going through a little problem right now though

Actually, in most states Cyke can consider himself single. If a person for whom a death certificate is filed, a person can get remarried and if the first spouse turns out to be alive they must get divorced fromt the second spouse to remarry the first.

This situation is very rare but comes up in cases where a spouse goes missing for a period of time (in most states 7 years) to be declared legally dead and then comes back. Happened most often in WWI when someone was declared dead but was actually a prisoner of the other side. One of the reason dog tags were invented was not only identification, but also proof that the soldier was dead.

Emma sticks around for the fight ... Jean used to leave
or maybe it's just my impression

Actually, I believe that when someone's been declared legally dead, stuff like a marriage is over with and done, so they would no longer be considered married, I think.

I like to see him single and out of a relationship. The character has always been attached to someone (From Jean, to Lee Forrester, to Maddie, to Jean again and now Emma).

I rather they have him really step-up as a bad@ss leader of the X-Men.

Emma's using the idiot. He really needs a girl to live and she's manipulating him.

She genuinely loves him, or so she thinks. Said so herself.
