If it indeed was his call, I really wonder what the hilarious repercussions would have been if you didn't change the fan page name. Would he have threatened to ban you or would you have been sued for a case that would never see the light of day?

I have no control over the fan page, that's Spoons' baby. I merely asked a question and pointed out the futility of Excelsior's complaints, and never got my answer before he deleted his comment.

He basically threatened to just have Facebook shut down the fan page that most of us forgot about before Spoons had it upgraded so Facebook wouldn't archive it or something. It was a big deal threat, and just could not stand.

A fan page (that nobody outside a few people on this site knew about) got him so much in a rut that he tried to threaten copyright violation?
