Ive never really paid this any attention til i was sitting here watching my bootleg version of X3, dont fret i will be purchasing the DVD when it is released and i have paid to watch in the theaters,

back to the question.

How Does Magneto get around? ive never seen him in a car/jet/boat/truck any form of transportation for that matter. i know in the X-Men Cartoon he floated himself kinda.

anybody have any ideas.

Welcome to the world of HOLLYWOOD or should i say FOX.

Your not the only one...:)

I'm guessing they use cars. Or Magneto could put them all inside a truck and float it halfway across the country! Hehe. :p

There are so many questions like this that go unanswered. Things such as "Where did Magneto get his cape and costume?" or "What does he do in his spare time?" and "Where does he sleep?". Hehe. You don't see a vast majority of the things required in the movies simply because they're pointless to show.

Dude did you watch X3? He tears apart bloody bridges and rides'em. :p

yeah i know its a pointless question but sometimes its pointless questions like this that make you wonder. and what he does in his spare time is good pointless question. i wonder......

There's this magical thing called movies...eh nvm

this thread reminds me of one of those threads "How does Darth Vader eat, go to the bathroom?" LOL :p

haha. i dont its just one of those random things u some times just think about.

like what does alfred do when batman isnt home?or some ***** haha

atleast in X1 and X2 he was seen using stolen helicopters...in X3 its like he's just hiking cross country...they covered some ground thats for sure. But its stupid I know...hey even X2 had that flaw...Magneto is broken out of prison he meets up with Mystique and suddenly happens to stop the X-Jet from a crash landing in the middle of nowhere somewhere in the area of where exactly? New England, the Catskills? It was fate I guess.

LOL Apprently it takes him from dusk to midnight to do it. Good question tho...How did he get from Washington or Langley to San Fran without being noticed, seeing as how he was a wanted terriost.

Mabe the Patriot Act don't work as well they want us to believe.

Haha

he can fly. he flew in the first movie, rode a floating disk in the second, and even implied that he knew how to fly while others didn't.

when did he imply he can fly.

and when he was movin the bridge in X3 you could tell the sun was going down and i would imagine even for him it would take a good bit of time for him to pick up a peice of a bridge with cars still on it and a whole army on it so its not impossible for it to be dark by the time they actually start fighting.

when he said "when will these people learn how to fly?", implying that he knew the proper way (i.e. via magnetism).

Actually, that's not as random as some would like to initially think it is. Before the X-Jet is attacked, Jean states, "We're coming up on the mansion now," which obviously means they're near the school. Magneto is also in need of the X-Men's help, as is noted in the forest after the X-Jet attack, when he says he knows of Stryker's base but needs help locating it (they need Jean's help, as is shown in the movie) . . . thus, the situation makes sense. Magneto is heading toward the mansion because he needs the X-Men's help . . . and the X-Men, after the encounter at the Drake house, are heading back to the mansion as is noted by Jean.

Magneto can fly via a form of levitation when manipulating magnetic fields . . . this is demonstrated in X-Men twice. The first time, it is revealed as he flies down into the freshly ripped open train at the train station, and the second time features him flying to the top of the Statue of Liberty at the end of the movie. This power demonstration is also illustrated in X3. While moving the Golden Gate Bridge, Magneto is seen levitating himself between its pyres, high in the air.

Callisto probably took trips carrying everyone around one by one.. :p

so your telling she ran 900 pounds of juggernuate

Come on antariksh, FOX sure is a bunch of money-crazed empty-minded suits, but I don't think this has anything to do with it. Mutants can drive cars too, you know. Or take (or hijack) a plane. Not everything has to be addressed.
And if we're talking about opposition, who could stop Magneto without the right equipment?

Plus BMM, Magneto levitated in X2 too, when he was rearranging Cerebro.

Magnus is tied very closely to the Earth's EM Field. He uses the force from it to push himself into the air, hence... he can fly. He can use other methods as well, such as using magnetic pull to raise into the air.

He hired Nightcrawler to teleport them all. Magneto & the army stands on some big kinda piece of wood. Nightcrawler touches the Wood & voila all is teleported to where ever they need to go. Which is why Nightcrawer is not with the X-Men in X3. He joined Magneto in Secret

He can just take a random airplane out of the sky and tell the pilots to take him somewhere..
