What do you guys and gals think will happen next for the cast in the future? TV shows? Movies? Spin-offs?

I think we have a shot at the following:

Spin Off in the fall on Conner Kent

and

If they are "true" about keeping the new Superman franchises apart, maybe Tom could star in the Justice League Film Universe?

BTW: I also hope the WB picks up Wonder Woman, you guys ever think Tom could guest star as Clark for an episode?

Hard to say but I think the main players involved will want to walk away for a while. The CW will definitely want to plug the hole so I could see a Justice League spin off.

I am just glad the Wonder Woman show got tanked. That...looked...very...very................................bad! She's hot but that would have been the only reason I would have watched the pilot.

Welling has a large future od obscurity if any of the past Superman actors is anything to go by.

Maybe as a new Ripley's host?

Here's the thing. We have all seen what happens to the actors who have worn the suit...nothing good. I think Tom will be fine because he is more linked to Clark Kent than flights and tights. That being said, the career killer has been wearing the suit. We all want to see Tom in the suit. So, will that be the career deal breaker? I personally don't think so because I think we can all agree that it we do see that, it will only be for a few minutes if we are lucky.

I think the crew will do TV and direct to dvd films. Maybe voice over. Tom Welling looks like he will go in producing and tv directing (since he is a exec producer on Hellcats and directed like 7 episodes of Smallville)

This is pretty much the end of this universe. I don't see any spinoffs coming at all. CW was pretty desperate the last couple years to get rid of this show because it doesn't fit their demographic. There's definitely nothing that will this fall as the development slate is already well under way and I don't think there's any potential in a spinoff unless it strikes now. So we're about to see the last of these characters.

Wouldn't be shocked if they did a comic picking up after, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that one either.

I would le to see that. Have Green Arrow team up with another character from the show (ie-Manhunter, Booster, Impulse,etc) for an episode or two. Even might be able to squeeze a Welling appearance for ratings month.

the last I heard, they're preparing that show for the 2012-2013 season.

Welling has probably made more money than he'll ever need from the role (and the couple of flicks he was in); as madness said, my guess is he'll focus more on directing and producing as he seems to have grown more interested in doing that than actually acting.

With V, No Ordinary Family, and The Event all getting the axe in the past two days as well as Wonder Woman not getting picked up, I'd say things over there arent looking to good at this point. Hard to catch lightning in a bottle twice.
