Has anyone tried to do anything with Utopia's engine to make a full game?

From what I understand the Utopia team has quietly been working ever since the demo and posting small updates on twitter, but no real in depth look at what they've been doing since, I really hope they actually release something new at some point, movement in Utopia was so satisfying.
