Ok, so I decided NOT to buy the HDTV just yet, since I realized I'm only going to be here for 2 months, so I'll just wait and a get a great one in Canada (along with my Wiiiiii package of Doom).

My problem? I have 1,000 bucks and I have no idea what to buy, so I figured...PSP!

I'm always talking about how I want it, and Killzone this, and Portable Ops that, so yeah, I'll get it.

Now tell me, what do I buy? You know, games, accessories, charger kit or whatever.

Help me!

Games? I'm thinking Killzone, Ultimate G&G, and Dark Mirror.
Any more suggestions?

You want a Double Power battery from the offset, believe me. I've got a normal powered battery, lasted me a year and holds out for about 40 minutes now.

Games wise:

Burnout Legends is a must
Virtua Tennis: World Tour is outstanding
Metal Gear Solid Digital Graphic Novel is good for just sitting down and watching, cheap too.
Pursuit Force is good
Maybe M:UA, its worth it even if you have it on consoles (at least XML2 was, it was waaaaaaaay better on PSP than on consoles)

Tech wise you need a USB cable, get demos and videos on there etc.

Maybe a few live concert UMDs are good too.

Burnout Legends is out, since I'm gonna buy it for the 360.
I don't know about MUA, I mean, I want new games

Hey, how do I play online?

There's an option on the game menu, once you've got Online all set up on it, you'll just have to go on there to search for games.

Legends is the Best of Burnout, HUGE amount of cars, loads of tracks and game modes, my favorite PSP game.

Wait, so I can play you guys FOR FREE?

Yep, I don't pay anything for it anyways. But its better to ask Evan about all this jazz.

You're not, you love Oasis and Die Hard so it's impossible for you to be useless :(

*pulls shotgun out of mouth*

Thankyou. :(

Medal of Honour's out very soon though, that's a must.

If you like Tekken get Resurrection for the PSP. It's pretty much Tekken 5 with two extra characters, but still a kick ass game.

ETA: Well, three. Forgot about Armour King, who I hate.

...you... never... GAMERA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cmad: YOU NEVER PLAYED TEKKEN 5 )!@#(*!)@#(*!#)($!#*!# AND YET NOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET THE PSP VERSION OF THE GAME!?@>!>!??>!?>!>?!>?!?!?!?>!?> GET THE PS@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ VERSIONLIKEGOD INTENDED@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Killzone Liberation is pretty decent, get: KZ:L (if you want to play it that is), POWER STONE COLLECTIONNNN!!! Lumines II! Every Extend Extra! Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (The only true killer Ap so far).

Valkery Profile Lenneth (if you're a VP fan)

Daxter is a really good 3D Platformer while it lasts, the only drawback is they don't really give you much in the way of a real endgame map and you're suppose to what, remember when all these stages were? (That is if you're a completionist like I am with most J&D games.

Persuit Force is apparently nifty...

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max

I like Locoroco but I'm quirky so maybe it wouldn't appeal to you.

Honestly the best PSP games are upcoming though.

The Elder Scrolls Travels: Oblivion
Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops
Jeane D'Arc
Dungeons & Dragons: Tactics
Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
Metal Slug Anthology
Monster Hunter Freedom II

But before you even THINK about getting any games, get a carrying case from Madcats or Logitech, and make sure to get a cleaning cloth for the PSP (I think it comes in an acessories thing) becuase you're going to need it, and do NOT wash your PSP with Windex or anything that has glare removal like glasses cleaner.

Damn :(
The one time I need Zenien, Matty or the Australian :cmad:

OH COME ON  YOU ALWAYS NEED ME, MEXICAN! :o

Anyway... get the media bundle psp (if you have that there. Its basically the PSP with a 1gb memory stick for free.)

If not, get a pink one, that would suit you!

Games?

Ridge Racer 2

Syphon Filter Dark Mirror

LocoRoco

Plus import some of that japanese porn on UMD that I know you will enjoy so much

Oh, get a stick on screen protector... The PSP scratches like crazy.

Actually, I saw the Psp at Best Buy and tried it.
That thing is f***ing small. How the hell am I supposed to enjoy the graphics? I tried SC: Essentials and it looked like crap :down
Screw that, I won't buy it :o

Splinter Cell Essentials is a crappy game.

I know it is crappy (like every SC game), and the games I wanted are probably great.
I just don't see myself enjoy gaming with a screen that small, I seriously thought it was bigger.
Plus, I needed to buy a carrying case, charger things, screen things, some more things and like 3 games, so it was going to be like 400 bucks :down
I'm just gonna use the money to buy the Rambaldi box.

Maybe when/if the Psp goes down in price...

That's fair but you really only need a carrying case and something to clean the screen with.

It has the biggest screen out of all the handhelds...

AND BUY TEKKEN 5 YOU JERK
