Spider-man 3 scrpt not yet complete!

I hope they make a 4th movie and I hope Venom is the headliner. It would be great to see him in this movie, but at the end I want him to dissapear and Peter think he is gone for good then have a short "afterthought" at the end showing Venom watching Peter or something so we know that he will come back in the 4th (if there is one). I'm sure everyone has see the Comic Con footage and the last scene at the end that shows Venom. What if that is the afterthought in the movie?? Here's how I see it. Venom comes in, fights Spiderman, Spiderman someone gets the symbiote off Brock and thinks he saves the day. But really the symbiote is still "alive" and at the end finds its way back to Brock because with Brock it was really "evil" which is what it wants. Then we see the scene at the end of the Comic Con trailer with Venom jumping towards the scene and it leaves openings for the 4th film. Yeah that would be great, but what do I know!

If Sam makes any major script changes, I hope he does away with the silly concept of Flint Marko being Uncle Ben's killer.

Maybe the scene form the comic con footage was the first scene of venom, like harr with the green globlin formula in his hands in the end of spidey 2.
Is just a tease for the fans. Then in the final scene, when spidey is jumping and swinging like only he can, he goes by and in a top of a building theres venom in all his glory, with the tongue and everything.

Yeah, I'd want to see Tobey as Spider-man - not his eventual replacement - deal with Venom, be it in 3 or 3 and 4. (And I personally like Topher as Eddie, as he resembles Tobey somewhat). Also, at what point did Avi Arad insist that Venom be a part of 3? Because - and no dis to Sandman or his fans - but at that point, Sam should've revamped his plans to make Venom the main villain and saved Sandman for a sequel. Venom, like him or not (and I do) is way too big to co-star as a villain. If any villain is a headliner, it's him. I do kind of fear a clusterf**k kind of effect the way things are now, and therefore I'd be ok with Venom doing a cameo in 3 if he were to return to headline in 4.

It is way too late to make Venom not a villain in this movie. or give him only a cameo. to suggest that Sam would suddenly make that change now, is kind of ******ed.

they borrowd from Ultimate Spider-Man where pete imagines that some thug is the killer. A good idea too if you ask me.

My hope is that Venom and Spider-man fight and the Symbiote is detached from Eddie and he goes insane. He is then put in jail with casady(or whatever his name is). The very last scene showes The symbiote coming through the window of their cell.

And if this happens, it would be great to show the symbiote bonding again with Brock and then seeing the last scene from the Comic con footage and then the movie ends. For some reason I think that footage will be the last scene in the movie, kinda like saying "oh crap venom is back!!!"

Venom needs alot of development. Eddies hate with Peter, the Symbiote joining with Peter and making him evil. And thats going to take up atleast 3/4 of the movie. Let alone the love triangle and Peter's life to sort out. During which time the audience will be craving for some Hero vs Villain action in the middle. Sandman will give them that and then a humongous showdown at the end when Venom comes along

You must think that the movie is only gonna be an hour long. It won't take Sam long to explain things.

I meant as soon as Arad insisted that Raimi include Venom. I assume that that was at least 6 months or more ago, probably closer to a year. Yes, it's too late now.

They make dreamy white backrounds for the flashbacks to you know. And the Q&A did call this.

sandman could be involved with spidermans past like with uncle ben i hope sandman isnt uncle bens killer though that would take away the with great power comes great responsibility phrase.

it would be awesome if the movie ended like the venom saga in TAS, with pete and MJ on a park bench, and saying how venom is the greatest enemy hes ever faced(in the show he was talking in his head cuz mj didnt know at the time) and then when they stop talking to cuddle or w/e pete looks up at the moon and venoms face appears and u hear his roar/slobber/that noise he makes

I don't know about the ending not being finished...you would think they would have all of this done...especially the script by now. Plus you have to swing it by Sony, Marvel, etc...to see if it is ok, and that could take months.

I thought Sam Raimi already told a fan on the NY shoot that Venom would be in the last 45 minutes.

End Spiderman 3 w/Venom escaping and Spiderman getting shot by some pellet with a sedative and then he wakes up on some Island not knowing how he got there, the camera pulls back and we see Kraven. Fade to Black.
