Spider-man 3 scrpt not yet complete!

I thought Sam Raimi already told a fan on the NY shoot that Venom would be in the last 45 minutes.


^^I can see that. Especially if the movie is over 150 minutes long.

Oh man, I totally forgot right? Sam Rami, right told me that like, he didn't know how the movie was going to end, but he said that Venom was going to make just a small cameo apperance at the end of the film to set up for spiderman 4 right but he said he wasn't going to direct it.

This may have been mentioned, but say this is true... Could the ending possibly be in limbo based on if this is the last film? Since its still kinda up in the air on if this is the last film Sam may want to give a good cliff-hanger if they know we will get to see one more. If it is the last one then they probably want to finish off the movie with a good final ending. Either way... the ending is probably going to be adjusted based on if we will see a 4th or not see a 4th...

I think a lot of what we have heard (rumors and facts) have been based on the "will there be a 4th?" senario. They had Dunst saying she was done before they really began filming. So Sony said throw Venom in because the fans want him. Then Sam said he'd be willing to go on if the story was good enough. So they talked him into staying, so then it became Should we kill off MJ? Which would leave the ending in Limbo.

This will be an interesting movie.

if they kill off venom and give peter a "happy" ending. they ramai is done with the franchise.. if venom lives on and peter parker is in a bad ending.. he is def. going to make sm4

I think that the ending doesn't really have much to do with the movies that could follow. Raimi can end this one with peter and MJ marrying or something very happy toned. Probably meaning that part three is the end of his spiderman run, however after that another director comes and starts a new saga from scratch. It doesn't mean it will be out of continuity, peter will still be married to MJ and it will begin from there with other villains. The thing is that after venom which villain could you bring to match that? they would have to leave the symbiote in a lab being studied by scientists in the end of part 3 before the wedding, then in part 4 pick up from there and introduce carnage.

If Raimi does leave and someone else comes in for the fourth and so on I hope that Marvel and Sony makes sure that the movies follow Raimis work and style. I don't want any Joel Schumachers stinking up the franchise. Spidey with neon webbing and over the top viliians from he 60's.

that would be awesome if they got married at the end or the symbiote is still alive. i hope sam returns for spiderman4 he has done an amazing job.
