well i dont know if this has already been posted somewhere, but i think you guys already knew Snow Patrol was singing the "theme" song. they posted it on AOL Music to listen to. here is the link

This thread should have had a poll for whether or not you like the song. I thought that it was pretty good after I started listening it for a couple of times.

I really like it, I love the song because I like snow patrol, and it really has a great U2/Coldplay feel to it. It's a great standalone song and a great song that accompanies the movie. I'm sure we'll have a great hard rock song on the album since wolfmother is said to be there, so fanboys wanting something harder shouldn't fret. But, man I'm loving Signal Fire, I think I like it a LOT better than Chasing Cars and Chocolate IMO (and I like both of those songs too)

Exactly. That's one of the reasons I've loved the song since the first time I heard it- it just really fits the ending of the film.

I agree with Tempest19, the song really fits with the ending. Overall it's my favorite out of the 'Theme Songs' from the Spidey films.
