Unless they started half a year before SD shipped, it wont really matter. Thats just not enough dev time.

Damn you Americans and your weird time formats. Having me trying to make sense of all kinds of different time zones. Think I got it now tho.

EDIT: So by the sounds of it, there's going to be an embargo on the news until next week. If I understand this correctly that is. And well, that freaking sucks.

That still sounds disappointing, imo, just because that means they were working on another game instead of trying to fix any leftover glitches the game had, especially on the Sandman level.

If anything it means that they had started to plan what to do with the next entry, maybe having artist do artwork and so on. Not taking programmers off of Shattered Dimensions. This is done all the time in game development. So any bugs would still be there even if they hadn't started early.

Woah! Wait! Green Goblin might kill Spidey!

When I was reading the press release, it says, "...to fix the timestream gone awry." and, "...the corrupted world of 2099" If Doc Ock supposedly killed Spidey in NORMAL 2099, maybe Green Goblin beats him to it in this game creating problems for the 2099 world and, obviously, killing Spider-Man.

^^ I think they will. They just live streamed the Marvel animation panel but cut out all the footage of the shows. I would have the live stream and the live blog of the Edge Of Time panel in two separate tabs.
