Not gonna quote the post to spread it, but there's a post above that, if it's not just speculation, is a major uncool spoiler just dropped without warning and totally out of context to the ongoing conversation.

The trailer is great and I love seeing concept/storyboard/behind the scenes stuff.

Loving the dynamic between Miles and Peter.
Yes, me too. I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of this, as well as the dynamic between them and the others.

Better than IW, huh? That is a shot across fanboys' bow.
Well, I love the MCU, but I have a feeling that there is a group of moviegoers who like going into a movie that doesn't quite have the unenviable task of being basically the 20th sequel/tie-in to Iron Man. There has to be something freeing to having a movie without that continuity to it.

I don't know if it will be more loved than IW, but it may be a better film.

With me, and knowing it's all Spidey, I may love it more than IW.

Not going to be a big bar for me to clear. I am one of the very few that hated IW. .

Don't think you can compare this to IW. This movie is so different because it leans into the comics history more, whereas the live action movies just wouldn't fit the template. It's like comparing the Lego Batman movie to the live action movies. Both are Batman movies, but they are clearly going for different Batman audiences.

Anyway, saw the post-credits scene. Very clever.

You know, the wait for the inevitable contrarian is getting tiring.

Well, it sucks because, as we get more positives, that one negative reviewer runs the risk of having an internet lynch-mob after them.
