The Amazing Spider-Man Spider-Man trilogy's producer, Laura Ziskin passes away.

R.I.P.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" should be dedicated to her!

R.I.P., as I said before. This truly is sad. she seemed so nice and she helped bring Spider-Man to life in a great way. :csad:

I'll be quite surprised if there isn't a dedication in there somewhere. I'm sure there will be.

This is sad to hear. I never knew she had breast cancer. I hope the reboot will in some ways dedicate her.

I truly hope this film is dedicated to her. Without her, we wouldn't have gotten Spider-Man on the big screen back in 2002.

I'll be honest, there were times when she looked a little...ill, which is sad.

I thought she had the all clear though...? This is really sudden.

Rest in peace Laura. I know you loved your work and was very passionate about it.

That said, I did not agree with a lot of her views so hopefully her replacement is as passionate as her but not as stubborn.

R.I.P. That is so sad. thanks for bringing many Spider-man's dreams come true around the world :csad:

Rest in Peace, Laura. You were a huge reason this was all happening in the first place.

Gees, how sad. I read she was stage 4 in 04, so she was in this fight during filming. :csad:

But yeah, she was one of the key forces in getting Spider-Man made at all. Thank you, Laura.

I feel like I know her well from all her discussions on Spider-Man, through the DVD's an other places.

She really had a great insight to that character.

She seemed so young to me and it's a sad shock she passed away. I hope the film is dedicated to her.

:csad:

I heard about this earlier today, RIP Laura, Thank you for bringing my favorite hero to life. :csad:

Great producer and a very nice person. Thanks

This was really shocking when I first found out about this. I'll always be grateful for her being such a driving force in bringing Spider-Man to life. It was a big part of my childhood and I wouldn't forget the films ever.
