World Spiderman 3 Legos?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew anything if Lego was making Spiderman 3 lego playsets. I know there has been info released about some of the action figures, but I haven't heard anything about the legos as of yet.

Lego doesn't have the Marvel license anymore. MegaBloks will most likely do something for the movie, but Lego can't.

Are you sure? I can only hope Lego can get the rights for Spidey 3... I would love a Venom lego...
