Well, Skrulls are capable of practicing magic, but I've only heard of the Dire Wraith offshoots doing it.

3. Doc Strange can also do slight of hand and card tricks.

Doesn't Strange have a problem holding his hands steady? Wouldn't that make slight of hand incredibly difficult for him?

Normally yes. However, being Doctor strange he is not obligated, nor often particularly inclined to adhere to restrictions of any kind. Be they logic, physics, thermodynamics etc.

When confronted with evidence of such restrictions his natural (and quite reasonable) reaction usually goes something along the lines of. "I'm Doctor F*^&%ng STRANGE B^*&#"
