If I had to pick my 5 favorite Stan cameos, mine are:

1 - Spider-Man 3: "I guess one man can make a difference. Nuff said."
2 - Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2: Chillin with the Watchers and unifying his cameos
3 - Fantastic Four: Willie Lumpkin the mail man was such a fitting role for Stan. Both Story films had good Stan cameos in garbage films.
4 - Avengers: Age of Ultron: Coolest war vet ever! He can drink things not mean for mortals!
5 - Deadpool: This bit is only as funny as it is because it is Stan Lee as the strip club DJ

His cameo in ‘The Ambulance’ is technically his first speaking cameo, though Mallrats to this day remains his longest cameo at a whopping 3-4 minutes but you may be speaking purely in terms of Marvel superhero movies.

What really makes me tear up is knowing what a brilliant, better than I could have imagined, MCU was created while he was alive and he knew legions of fans loved them. And, they have the names not of Iron Man, Captain America, and The Black Panther on their lips, but Tony, Steve Rodgers, T'Challa, et al.

His characters and heroes are PERSONAL to us. It is a true heart to heart and he got to KNOW how wonderful it was before he passed.

Those are great ones and I'd add the one in Deadpool since it's so funny to see him in that very unusual context. I don't think it would be allowed to link the scene here though.

I can't pick a favorite cameo of his from the MCU because he's had so many great ones. I really love his cameos in The Winter Soldier, Age of Ultron, Civil War, GOTG Vol. 2, Ragnarok, and Infinity War.

I love his cameo in Spider-Man 3 but my all time favorite might just be his Deadpool cameo, if only to hear the Generalissimo say "You can't buy love, but you can rent it for three minutes."

Favorite cameos are definitely Rise of the Silver Surfer, X-Men Apocalypse if just to see him with his wife, Deadpool...and maybe his brief appearance on Agent Carter.

Though Spider-Man 3 is, for my money, one of his more timeless appearances.
