One villain that should've been in there was only in the 60's cartoon I think.It was this snowman that looked a lot like Frosty the Snowman except it was 50 feet tall and evil.

I doubt it's Chameleon.The 4th villain will probably be an opening scene villain and Chameleon wouldn't fit that.He'd be like 'Woah I can wear costumes' then he'd get kicked in the head and everybody would be thinking 'what was the point of that'?He'd need to be someone pulling strings behind the scenes and there's no room for a villain like that in SM3.
