I’m guessing another trailer at the Game Awards with a tease of a gameplay reveal at Star Wars Celebration next year.
I’m willing to believe that people can change and learn from there mistakes plus there are a lot of developers who work at Quantic Dream who aren’t ***holes. I’m not with what went down but I’m willing to believe that once we face our mistakes we can try to move forward and I think that’s what they’re trying to do. You can’t forget but you can forgive. So homophobia and misogyny? Such a slap in the face to The High Republic.
For a game 5 years away? Bold prediction.

True that it’s about being giving a chance to prove that you changed. I don’t know how those meetings with David and Lucasfilm went but maybe they made a deal for this game before the allegations or maybe they gave Quantic Dream a chance because they saw they were making strides to change by making certain programs available for anti-harassment but I don’t really know why they chose them besides making great games(imo). Like I said I don’t condone what happened and my heart goes out to those people who suffered the harassment but I’m saying there’s a reason why Lucasfilm chose them and that maybe they saw that the workforce environment and moral has changed by talking with certain members of the staff and that it was genuine. There is also letting them prove themselves they've changed before handing them a property that means a lot to people, especially to those groups that David Cage hates.
Look I’m not looking to change your opinion but from my perspective I think I’m willing to give Quantic Dream a chance and I’m still looking forward to the game doesn’t make me a bad person because I do not once so ever stand for the harassment that went down nor am I defending David Cage just that people are not perfect who do and say hurtful things but that doesn’t mean someone or a company can’t change their ways but who knows maybe they haven’t because as you said you have to prove it. Change is a slow process.Really, because I am pretty damn certain that the people in charge of Project Luminous, Lucas Publishing or whatever that section is called, had nothing to do with decisions regarding Acolyte or Eclipse. And considering the ones in charge of video game approvals approved the company whose defense of Cal Kestis is one of the worst defenses available, I am not exactly ready to give any benefit of the doubt.
Nah, they got forced out by the harassment.I’m willing to believe that people can change and learn from there mistakes plus there are a lot of developers who work at Quantic Dream who aren’t ***holes.
