Hera's mom, Cham, and the ray shield bridge from Liberty on Ryloth :atp:

She has the accent! And Chop!!! :atp:

So the death of Hera's mom, is what is going to radicalize her father.

Awesome episode! More than makes up for last week’s rather subpar filler episode

Nice seeing Hera and Chopper. Felt like a true Rebels prequel even if the Bad Batch were totally sidelined

Have we seen the Tonka truck clone vehicle outside of RotS?

Another clone with a conscious is interesting. Oh and yeah, of course I loved it.

I expected Hera would appear in the show, but not in such a large role, very pleasantly surprised to see her and her father get to carry an entire episode. Hera is one of my favorite Star Wars characters so it's nice to get more backstory and spend more time with her, glad to see they aren't afraid to have episodes that barely involve the Bad Batch. The main Clone, Howzer, in this episode has me intrigued, I wonder if something's wrong with his chip and he'll turn and decide to help Cham.

I do like how they're using the squad as the connecting point between the various seeds of rebellion. They don't need to be a major part of the story, they're just there to bridge everything together. I actually like that they just had a cameo here, since it didn't overshadow the main plot of the episode.

And yes, Hera/Omega is the new dream team, and I expect an entire film trilogy devoted to it.

This was a great episode! Really love that they're willing to focus on side-stories like this instead of every week being just the Bad Batch. I suppose next week we'll see the Batch rescue Hera? Her and Omega's interactions were fun. Howzer was great. And it was terrific to finally see Orn Free Taa get shot in the face.

Except... is he actually dead? Because they arrested Cham for ATTEMPTED assassination. Taa looks super dead though, and why kill him if you're not going to blame Cham?

That confused me too since he got shot right in the dome.

Apparently he's still alive in the Darth Vader comic 5 years after this, so I'm guessing next week will reveal he's alive and... I guess if anyone can find a way to snipe someone in the head non-lethally, it's Crosshair. But surely there were better places to shoot him if they wanted to frame Cham but keep Taa alive?

Me, I'm just mad that Star Wars' equivalent of Fat ******* is somehow still alive.

The name Howzer sounds like a reference to Hauser from Total Recall, in which case he'll defect soon.

Bacta can regrow most tissue so its really just a matter of getting him into a tank. He might have lost some memories tho.

Plus, you know, some extra layers of protection compared to other Twi'leks.

Tarkin better warm up all the death star's reactors if he wants to get through all this blubber.

Side note, looking at that live action version it makes me think Orn Free Taa should have been a Duke Harkonnen type character.
