Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Doesnt mace windo ever smile...he always has a scowl on his face:)

the twileks ripped mr robot a new one..that was great

Anyone else feel that watching this series has improved your viewing of the prequels (minus phantom menace)?

For myself...it really has. Especially the clones. Because in the series we get to really see WHO they are...not merely mindless clones, but each with their own personalities. Which makes their betrayal in RotS even more impacting to me.
I never had issues with the PT for the most part, but i gotta agree that i enjoy certain aspects of the prequels more because of what i'm seeing now, mainly with the clones. It's been really cool seeing them in action and show them more as individuals. I agree, it does make their betrayal in ROTS a lot more shocking and tragic.

I loved it when the twileks went to beat the crap out of the robot, and then Obi-Wan tries to cover the little girl's eyes, but she kinda gets around his hand to have a peak :hehe:

omg mace smiled at the end of the latest epi..wow..very good episode

man...i'm really gonna miss the series after the season finale!! :P

I'm really gonna miss this show :csad: fall seems so far away!

So what is everybody thoughts on Bane? Did he live up to the hype? For me it was a start it was very impressive that he could go into the senate holding hostages and at the same time defeat Anakin. They also promise more Bane which I am looking forward to, specifically his background.

Cad Bane was a very cool character, obviously very old Clint Eastwood like but the entire episode for me was a total letdown. It was just really boring and nothing really exciting happened. Unbelievable season though, as a lifetime Star Wars fan I enjoyed it very very much and from what I saw Season 2 looks to be good too. ^__^

I can't believe they've did it....but I do believe (in my opinion) they made a bounter hutner even cooler than the Fett's.

Fantastic episode yet again. We really see just how cold blooded and ruthless these guys really are! Can't wait to see how Bane deals with a Jedi that has his saber.

Agreed, i think they did a very cool setup for him, and i'm looking forward to where they're taking him next season.

Aura Sing was also bad@ss! i'm really looking forward to the bounty hunters for season 2 :woot:

MANDA-LORE – DAVE FILONI

“George told me, ‘Ah, you’ve got to let it go; there’s nothing you can do about it.’ I said, ‘Hey, but you changed stuff!’” – Dave Filoni

I have a question, does the original clone wars cartoon series lead directly into the clone wars cg series? is it supposed to be one big series or are they not entirely connected?

No Sparta*, the first series doesnt lead into this second one. They both just cover different stories, i dont think u need the first one to see the second one and viceversa. It's cool to see both though, i think they're both great in their own way.

thanks for the info Bim! I saw an ep of the cg clone ways on tv yesterday and it was kick-ass, I want to get the season 1 box set, but I was wondering if I had to watch the cartoon series first to understand what was happening, thanks for answering.

Oh yes my friend, that was no jedi mind trick :oldrazz: :hehe:
