Oh yeah, I remembered one other disappointment from the episode: No out-of-uniform Mitchell. I was hoping Mitchell'd help out in the Earth-based spy stuff so we could see what he dresses like normally. I always liked seeing Jack out of uniform, kicked back in a flannel shirt or whatever.
I know Stargate has it's share of cheese and takcy moments, but we don't need ewoks... just yet.I figured that, but the guys in charge said that they'd leave the Jack/Sam question open-ended, so you could always view it as Sam just admitting that she loves Jack and doesn't want to be with anyone else, even if the Air Force regulations keep them apart.Happenstance said:I quite liked the episode, wasnt as good as some of the others but still good. Anyone else pick up on Carters answer to Barrets question "So your single again?" with "Not exactly". Im thinking that could mean she finally hooked up with O'Neill in secret.
Great to see Baal back as he always was a great Goa'uld and I especially liked the fact that they mentioned Cassandra again.
Episode - Ripple Effect
Air Date: 2006
The SG-1 team is surprised when a friend from the past suddenly appears.

Superfreak said:In mobius, they went back in time to steal a ZPM from Ra... they screwed up, and then in Part 2, dorky versions of all the hero's had to travel back in time to right the wrongs that SG-1 made on their first trip. It was the season 8 finale
I don't like this Dr. Fraser thing. Infact, I never liked the character much, especially the episodes with Cassie, and Janet as the EXTREMELY overbearing parent.
I was actually happy when they killed her, and I don't care to see her again. I'd much rather see some character development devoted to Mitchell and Doctor Lam, as well as Landry. I feel that they need to define the new characters a little more, in order to bring their character detail up to the same levels of the veteran cast.
