The Specialist

Hmmm. Don't remember this one. I have a hunch he specialized in stuff though.

He worked for Stak-Fujikawa as a specialist in finding people, Alchemax loaned him to find a woman but Spider-Man killed him

About the Doc. Octopus and Elton John likeness:

He does kinda look like him
a cross between Elton John (the pasty-ness and unfortunate haircut) and Roy Orbison (the dark glasses and "strangeness").

The Kingpin should have gotten more attention. To me he was always one of the essential Spiderman villains. The idea of a head of organized crime who is as scary and ruthless a character as they come always appealed to me. The gangsters Kingpin, Hammerhead, Silvermane (without the cyborg-nonsense) always seemed the most scary. That is not say that I did not like the old Ditko villains such as Sandman, Vulture, Enforcers, etc., but the mobsters added something to the series, some variation. Same with rupert Thorne in Batman. The loonies set out to destry the city, or something like that, are great too, but the constant menace of criminals and dirty men of power preying on the innocent every day brings more colors to the palete.

I liked Venture and the Specialist. Venom not so much.
