Eh. No offense, but I think this thread's run its course. There's just not going to be a lot of passionate debate about most of the Ultimate villains.

Ultimate Kingpin was kinda cool, but ultimately, (See what I did there?) he was pretty much just Kingpin.

Same with the Enforcers.
