What i think would make it better is if you used the shots in X2 when she actually makes the tornado's while in the jet and then cut to those shots on the ground. Does anyone other than myself think about what happened on the ground when she did that in X2?

I don't think they touched the ground. The funnels of the tornadoes could have simply avoided contact with the ground below if she controlled it that way... I doubt she would want to cause such devastation.

Although I loved the whole score, and a multitude of other film scores, I picked Phoenix Rises because it sounded so powerful, to me at least. I find it really does bring across a god-ly vibe.

The tornadoes in X2 didn't touch the ground... I found proof. Watch that video... the X2 tornado scene is at the very end.

Yeah you can see that the tornado funnels don't make it to the ground and dissipate once the jets have passed them. I had thought about whether they were destroying the land below but never actually checked before, cool.

Yeah. I used to wonder what happened to the ground, then it occurred to me that she made sure the ground was kept safe.

haha, i'm glad you liked that part. I originally wasn't going to put that bit in because I thought it was a bit too brutal and Storm just wouldn't do that no matter how p-eed off she was, but then I thought, oh hell I'll put it in anyway, haha. I put the scene where the guy in his car gets crushed by a bus too,
