Capcom has released a new video showcasing Street Fighter V‘s Tutorial Mode.



The Tutorial Mode in Street Fighter V includes a small story about Ryu and Ken’s older days, illustrated by Bengus, and lets you play in both characters’ old outfits. And not only will Ryu and Ken appear in the story, but Master Gouken, too.





Street Fighter V is due out for PlayStation 4 and PC on February 16.

Yeah this game has Alpha written all over it. I just booted up the beta again and its cool that there's a story mode. It already seems to have more to it than the past games. I hope all the other characters get their Alpha costumes, especially Cammy and Chun Li

A special Ryu-themed box with the iconic China stage.

Capcom has announced a limited edition Day One Steelbook for Street Fighter V on PlayStation 4 that will be available to purchase at retail across Europe.





The Steelbook Editions contains all the content from the game, packaged in a special Ryu-themed box showcasing the title’s China stage.




Street Fighter V is due out for PlayStation 4 and PC on February 16.

GameStop is selling Street Fighter V bundle pre-orders online that include the collector’s edition of the game,

a PlayStation Plus membership, and a Mad Catz FightStick.

Capcom has announced that GameStop will be the only retailer offering a limited edition Street Fighter V Collector Exclusive Bundle. The bundle, which normally costs $347.97 separately and is selling as an online exclusive for $329.98, includes a copy of the Super Street Fighter V Collector’s Edition, 3 months of PlayStation Plus, and Mad Catz’s limited edition, Chun-Li Tournament Edition 2 FightStick.

The Collector’s Edition of Street Fighter V includes a copy of the game for the PlayStation 4, a 48 page, hardcover artbook, a 10” tall statue of Ryu, some digital copies of UDON’s Street Fighter V comics, and the soundtrack. The GameStop pre-order also includes an exclusive Battle Costume for Ryu.

Only 400 of the Street Fighter V Collector Exclusive Bundle will be available through GameStop. There is no counter available on the product page, so it is impossible to know how many have been sold so far.

Street Fighter V will come to the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC on February 16.

Capcom has revealed all of its plans for the 2015 PlayStation Experience, from the Capcom Cup schedule, to games at booths, informal Street Fighter V and Umbrella Corps tournaments, and merchandise it will have for sale.

This year’s PlayStation Experience is also going to the place where Capcom’s Capcom will be held. The 32 best players from the Capcom Pro Tour will face off in a final Ultra Street Fighter IV tournament on December 6 for a $250,000 prize pool. An official schedule has been released both people who will be attending physically or digitally.

Here’s all of the Capcom Cup information for the December 6 event.

• 10:00 AM – Opening Ceremony
• 10:30 AM – Round 1 and 2
• 2:00 PM – Analyst Desk
• 2:30 PM – Top 16 to Top 8
• 5:30 PM – Analyst Desk / Break
• 6:30 PM – Top 8
• 9:30 PM – Closing / Awards Ceremony

There will be two livestreams available on the official Capcom Pro Tour website for those unable to attend the event in person.

The rest of the PlayStation Experience schedule is still unknown. However, Sony’s keynote will begin at 10am PT on December 5.

People at the PlayStation Experience will find Capcom at booth 1040. The Mega Man Legacy Collection, Street Fighter V, Resident Evil 0, and Umbrella Corps will all be playable at the event. Street Fighter V tournaments will be held at 12pm and 3pm PT and Umbrella Corps 16-team tournaments will be held at 3pm PT on December 5 and 6.

For those looking for purchasable products, Capcom will be selling the $250 MadCatz PlayStation 4 Tournament Edition 2 Fight Stick for $230, the $100 each Ryu and Ken New Challenger Statues, $75 Melynx pillows, $70 Ryu or Evil Ryu statues, $25 Ryu plush gloves, $20 Mega Man 5 mini helmet set, $5 Felyne or Melynx hats, and $5 Felyne or Melynx hat-scarves.

Character on the farthest left is Alex. His hair matches his render's hair when he appeared in the background of that NY City Street stage, plus the background image behind his silhouette matches that stage, which is where Alex appears. The silhouette is also wearing a big-ass head band.

I'm liking how the only card Capcom has left to play that wasn't spoiled, is the boss reveal. And thus it's the only card they aren't talking about.

I'm guessing that this game is going the SF Alpha 2 route and each character will fight someone on the roster as their personal end boss (like Ryu's final boss is Necalli, Necalli's final boss is Ryu, Chun-Li's is Fan, Charlie's is Chun-Li, R. Mika' is Zangief, etc. )
