Stretcher Scene in Trailer

This is probably a dumb question, but it's been bugging me for a long time and I'm really not good at distinguishing faces. With that in mind, that scene in the trailer with the guy on the stretcher with the brace around his neck, is that Harry or Peter?

probably not the pumpkin bomb seeing how he had no cuts or bruises on him...i mean if a bomb blew on you, you would be pretty cut up, if not dead. look a peter in spidey one, at the end when the bomb blew up on him, his suite was torn up good and he was cut, bruised, bleeding and weak.

Yeah, Harry gets injured after the allyway fight. You can tell by the clothes Peter is wearing when he looks into the hospital room. Also the script summary mentioned it.

that was my first thought, some people are saying that harry dies by getting impale by venom, i was confused a little between if harry dies by peter or if harry dies by getting impaled by venom, but, now i have made my desicion, harry dies by peter, and thats my final desicion.

Well Harry probably does die by getting impaled by Venom, he just gets injured in the alleyway fight. According to the script summay Peter saves Harry's life, most likely by sending him to the hospital, after the fight in the alley.

im not saying thats where harry dies, the script summary said that after he got out of the hospital, peter was getting beat up by venom and sandman, mj started asking harry if he could help peter fight.
