He was 16. I think the lawsuit was a year late. That shouldn't make a difference though. How many sophmores actively look into requirements for their target colleges? Too soon to seriously consider all that stuff.

You wacky Californians. I wish I would have threatened to sue my teachers back in the day here in Gary, Indiana. They would have literally beaten my ass for even attempting it.
