You'll never be as good as Tommy, sorry buddy. No more Marvin = safety net!

Yeah, cause Tommy never blew a game by throwing an interception....

oh wait...

I've seen Brady walk off the field without shaking the other team's hands after a loss, but I don't hear any b****ing about that.

In fact, that is EXACTLY what he did in the Superbowl loss to the Giants.

I really don't care either way, I think the coaches should at least meet face to face but other than that, im meh about it

Wow Reggie Wayne messed up big time, with that TD they could have had a chance at winning. Meh, Superbowl was a let down this year. The Who sounded like crap, and there was not that many funny commercials.

Yeah, The Who really did sound awful. I'm not a big fan of theirs, but they are rock legends so I thought it was a good choice for a halftime show... but man, did they ever let me down. The arragement was really strange too. If you're going to do a montage of your popular songs, at least have better transitions between them. It sounded like somebody suddenly changing a radio station.

So, did anyone else find Caldwell's coaching to be atrocious? I get that he is little more than Manning's puppet, but still. The man has absolutely no balls as a head coach. Peyton Manning had a full two minutes on the clock and two time outs at the end of the first half, and Caldwell calls three, up the middle runs in an attempt to burn the clock out. I get that they were deep in their own territory, but hell, Manning led a 95 yard drive the quarter before. Plus they were out of safety risk after the first run. His conservative play calling enabled the Saints to get great field position and get that second field goal which completely changed the momentumn. Imagine how dejected the Saints would've been, going into the half, if the Colts had just scored. Caldwell coached like a coward and I think that had a big impact.

I was too busy enjoying the game to ***** about a coach.

That's about the fifth time you've said Caldwell isn't really a coach.

Yet not too busy to act like a troll, I see..

Thats because he's not a coach! Whoopie in the movie...****, I forget its name, the one where she coaches the Knicks is more of a coach than him! :argh:

Good for the Saints. Always refreshing to see an underdog team that's never won come out on top, especially in this case with all that the city of NO has been through. Now, can we cease talks about how Manning is the greatest thing since sliced bread? Not with a 9-9 postseason record, he's not. Oh, and while I'm here, can all you pseudo-celebs and tourists please shuffle out of my city in an orderly fashion as soon as possible? It's getting a little stuffy down here.

:lmao:

I agree, Caldwell didn't coach well. But I'm GLAD he didn't, because I wanted to see the Saints win.

Plus, after reading about Manning's mooning/defamation incident and his financial contributions to Bush, I kinda hate him now. Thanks for pointing that out, Matt... I never knew about that before.

9-9 isn't the real statistic of interest when it comes to Manning. The one that is really shocking is that for the so called, "greatest of all time," he's thrown 18 interceptions in his 18 post season games.

You all called me crazy! Crazy I tells ya! But I was right! Riiiiight! :pal:

I'm very happy for the Saints to win their first-ever Super Bowl victory. I had predicted Colts to win, but I also said that I wish Saints win it all and I'm glad to be wrong in my prediction. With a 9-9 postseason record, Peyton showed that he is really not as amazing as the football pundits wanted you to believe, and I hope this loss will douse some of the Manning-mania that the media has been touting us for the past 2 weeks.

Yo..for those of you that are in or close to a city that has hosted the Super Bowl, have you ever gone and actually gotten into the game?

Is 400 miles considered close? Cause there've been several in New Orleans and I never thought about driving down I-55 to join the circus.

It was a good Superbowl but I don't rank them anywhere near the past 2.

What I didn't like was most of the media, almost trying to make me feel bad for rooting for the Colts instead of the Saints because of Katrina.

I am happy for New Orleans to win something for their city.

But Shockey is still an a'hole.

I make sure I'm as far away from that hubbub as possible. There's no way I want to be near any of that ****. Same thing for the MTV Awards or any other comparable celluloid-laden spectacle.

Like GWG said, GTFO. Appreciate the economy boost, now scram.

Stop smiling, it's not a joke. The party's over. Get out. :awesome:
