Perhaps the greatest show to ever grace the small screen.

A positronic tear just rolled down Kane's synthetic face.

Stop ****in' around and play God of War.

But you can't really go wrong with any of those choices... aside from maybe Andromeda, but even it has its moments. Everyone loves Last of Us, but I never played it because I'm a *****.

For the love of sweet Christ, play God of War though.

ive had back issues for years, more than half my life probably, if not very close to. for the past two months it has been particularly bad and a friend who works at a neurosurgeon suggested i go and give them a shot. she was able to get me an appt the very next day so i went. i ended up having to get xrays after (since we're on the topic of xrays). after at least a dozen of my back and neck i went home. i've been off since thursday and i have hardly been able to do anything that i wanted/needed to get done because of the pain. i've not taken any pain meds since wednesday and it shows. i usually take a 1000mg ibuprofen in the morning before work but i'm not even sure that's strong enough any more.

in the notes they uploaded to MyChart, my neck xrays look decent but the doctor thinks i might have a pinched nerve and wants me to do physical therapy. but, the back xray notes show signs of degenerative disc in the L5-S1 region which is where my pain is stiffness resonates the most. sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night trying to turn onto my side in my sleep and i can't without difficulty.

sorry, i just wanted to rant somewhere because i'm in pain and it sucks. i might just bite the bullet and take some pain meds and deal with it later
Pinched nerves are tricky, a lot of the time they just get better on their own. Mine started without warning, although I suspect it was caused by me doing squats at the gym with the long bar across the back of my neck and along my shoulders.
I didn’t get any physical therapy, despite trying for it. After a little under a year, it just got better overnight. Go figure.
Hopefully you will get some physio and it will get sorted out quicker than mine…

I prefer Sugar Free Christ myself.

That quote was from a friend of mine who actually watched it (for the very reason you stated). We had season tickets to the Raiders. During football season, I'd drive up to his crib in SF (near where Church St. ends at Randall in the Fairmount neighborhood if that means anything to you) Friday after leaving work early to beat the traffic. I had a key to his flat so I could show up anytime I wanted. Like clockwork on Saturday, he'd turn on the TV, sit back, and say "Now this is entertainment". Sunday was football and we'd either drive over or walk up the hill to the BART station. Fun times.

Personally, I would have watched something else, but I guess I get the entertainment value.

Is there actually a good sugar substitute? One where you can't tell the difference and it doesn't give you cancer or something like that? I've never added sugar to anything so I don't really know.

Not that I know of. :(

The can of soda had a silk cape.

This was 1989.

That wasn't CGI.

Someone made a tiny Batman cape for a soft drink.

I've never played any God of War game... so if i put my trust in you, i better be satisfied... or else.

every time i think about it, i think about shadow of the colossus.... and how it's probably the last time we will ever see Adam Sandler be decent.

oh we're talking sugar.... what kind of booger sugar you lookin for? i got cuban sugar, peruvian sugar, columbian sugar, dirty american sugar, sugar n potatoes, sugar scampi, bbq sugar, sugar n grits...

What if I told you that, in the game, you get an axe. And when you throw that axe, you can then call it back to your hand like Thor's hammer. And every time you do, it's incredibly satisfying. You'll then use that axe to butcher a number of Norse gods and creatures.

I never played any of the other God of Wars. You don't need to. All you need to know is that he had issues with the Greek Gods, and solved most of them with some form of decapitation.
